One day I was walking through the Avalon Mall when I saw a booth set up for Exit Reality on the Rock. So I stopped and chatted with the agent (Gennie Rose) and told her that myself and my fiancé would be in the market in September for a new home. Well I was so pleased and confident in talking to Gennie that I went home and told my fiancé right away all about her and how comfortable she made me feel and we agreed she would be "the one". Well September turned into March (6 month early) as I could not wait to see what Gennie had in store for us. Little did I know that we would bloom into not only a real estate agent/client relationship but a "mom" relationship. Gennie by far is the best!! To deal with me you have to have "patients of gold". She took all calls, emails and whatever else I threw her way with such professionalism and she was with us 100% every step of the way. My fiancé is not one to get emotional or even remember names for that matter but when she found us the most amazing house that we could have ever imagined he said "I am so glad we have the house but I will miss Gennie". The only bad experience was when we had to say good bye to her as our agent. She really made an impression on our lives as I thought an agent never could. We still keep in touch and I know she is perhaps in my opinion "THE BEST" there is out there. When we sell and then buy again she will hands down be our agent and friend once again.

My first meeting with Gennie Rose was at the Avalon Mall mid September 2011. I was lazily looking at the housing booth display, and also toying with the idea that I might like to buy a house.
Gennie approached me asking "if there was something she could do for me"? I briefed her about what I might be interested in and went back to work.
Well 20 minutes later she had several houses for my son and I to look at. The one we were interested in refused my offer and had another offer waiting.
We laid low for a week thinking if this was what we really wanted to do. Couple days later I got this very exciting message from Gennie "the house is back on the market"!!! --- call me!!!!
No holes bared----she laid it on the line if we were really interested and within hours, we had a offered written up, and was accepted. All the i's dotted and T's crossed. She worked tirelessly with the other agent, banks, setting up viewing, housing inspections etc. Within two weeks the deal was sealed and my son and I became new home owners.
Gennie is a very energetic agent and knows her stuff, however if she was unsure she promptly got the answers. The deal was effortless for us, as we relied totally on her expertise which paid off. Gennie helped my son & I make up our mind to buy this home as she made it so easy for us to do so.
Way to go Gennie!!!!!!................I would recommend you to anyone looking for a new home.

Both my husband and myself was thrilled to have Gennie Rose as our Listing agent when we sold our home. She made the whole process go smoothly and stress free. She made sure we understood every aspect of selling a home and stood by us every step of the way. You could say she "held our hand". Gennie not only helped us sell our home, but to buy our dream home. She really got to know us, our wants, needs and desires in a home. After many viewings, we found "the one!"
